Library Board
The Hastings Highlands Public Library Board is appointed by council and bears legal responsibility for the library by ensuring that it operates in accordance with the Public Libraries Act.
Regular meetings of the board are held to ensure the proper governance of the library and to conduct the business of the board. All board meetings are open to the public unless otherwise stated, as outlined in the Public Libaries Act s. 16.1(4).

Board Meetings
The Hastings Highlands Public Library Board meet once a month in the program room of the library. All are welcome to attend to stay up to date on what's going on in the library.
Prior to the board meeting, the agenda will be posted on this page for you to view at your discretion. Minutes are recorded at each board meeting and will also be uploaded to this page, however they must first be approved at the following board meeting before being posted online for public access.
