The Hastings Highlands Public Library Board is currently seeking applications for a Temporary, Part-Time, Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 1306.7, exercising Article 3.06 (iii), Information Services Tech Librarian position. This position is currently posted for 12 hours per week. The term of the employment is June 14th, 2021 through October 30, 2021.
Candidates must be willing and able to work flexible hours including day and possibly evening shifts, with availability for call-ins. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. This position requires a strong working knowledge of computer programs, basic electronic device operation and social media applications. Marketing experience considered an asset.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Shall be as outlined in the current Collective Agreement between the Hastings Highlands Public Library Board and the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 1306.7.
